Vendor Booths

Vendor & Community Booths

The Animal Networkers Convention will feature 48 vendor and community booths, each 8’ x 8’, located within the main convention area. These booths are designed for organizations, nonprofits, mission-aligned businesses, and community partners who support animal advocacy and the work of animal networkers.

Booth spaces provide an opportunity to connect directly with attendees, share resources, demonstrate tools or services, and build meaningful relationships within the animal networking community.

Additional details regarding booth availability, setup times, and participation guidelines will be shared as planning continues.

Network Hub Sponsor Opportunity

We are seeking one premier sponsor to activate and curate the main hotel lobby, designated as the Network Hub of the Animal Networkers Convention. This space will serve as the central gathering point for networkers throughout the event—a place to connect, collaborate, relax, and recharge.

The Network Hub is where conversations happen organically. It’s where coffee is available 24 hours a day, where spontaneous meet-ups form, and where ideas turn into action. The selected sponsor will have the opportunity to transform the lobby with thoughtful, creative activations that reflect their brand and support the networking community.

For example, a Social Media Network Hub could feature a 24/7 podcast or livestream booth, allowing networkers to go live, record conversations, and share content directly from the heart of the convention.

In addition, Premier Vendor Booths will be positioned at the main entrances of the Holiday Inn, offering unparalleled visibility as attendees enter and exit the event—creating natural moments to welcome networkers in the morning and connect with them again as they wind down each day.

This is a rare opportunity to anchor the convention’s most active and visible space while becoming an integral part of the Animal Networkers experience.
